WARM FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION. WINDS WILL BECOME GUSTY FROM THE

WEST BUT TEMPERATURES WILL WARM TO NEAR OR ABOVE FREEZING.

THE WEATHER WILL TAKE A SHARP TURN TO THE WORSE AS AN ARCTIC COLD

FRONT PLUNGES SOUTH INTO THE NORTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY AROUND

MIDNIGHT THEN THROUGH THE RED RIVER VALLEY AND EASTERN NORTH

DAKOTA THRU THE LATE NIGHT. THIS ARCTIC FRONT WILL BE ACCOMPANIED

BY SOME LIGHT SNOW AS WELL. EXPECT VERY STRONG WINDS FROM THE

NORTH TO FOLLOW THIS FRONT WITH WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH AT TIMES. THE

WINDS WILL DIMINISH THURSDAY EVENING FROM NORTH TO SOUTH.
