WASHINGTON, D.C.— The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Native American Enterprise Initiative (NAEI) will bring together tribal leaders and government officials to discuss the unique economic and sovereignty issues confronting Indian Country and Native American-owned enterprises. Congressman Tom Cole (R-OK) and Dr. Elaine Buckberg, who serves as the Treasury Department’s point of contact for Tribal Consultation, will deliver remarks on the challenges and opportunities facing entrepreneurs in Indian Country and the impact of federal government policies.
