* TIMING... SNOW IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT... GRADUALLY DIMINISHING.

* WINDS... NORTH WINDS AT 20 TO 35 MPH WILL CONTINUE ALONG AND WEST OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY. THIS WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IN OPEN AREAS.

* VISIBILITIES... REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES IN OPEN COUNTRY... MAINLY ALONG AND WEST OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY.

* ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS... FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING... WILL RANGE FROM UP TO AN INCH ACROSS THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN INTO THE SOUTHERN VALLEY... 1 TO 4 INCHES ACROSS THE NORTHERN VALLEY INTO THE PARK RAPIDS AREA... AND 2 TO 5 INCHES ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS... 4 TO 8 INCHES ACROSS SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND THE SOUTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY. 6 TO 12 INCHES ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA. THE HEAVIEST SNOW AMOUNTS WILL OCCUR AROUND THE ROSEAU... FOSSTON... BEMIDJI... AND BAUDETTE AREA.

* OTHER IMPACTS... WIND CHILL VALUES WILL ALSO FALL FROM 15 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ZERO TONIGHT... WITH DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS CONTINUING THROUGH LATE WEEK.

.SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT ALL OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA... NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA... GRADUALLY DIMINISHING THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING WILL RANGE FROM UP TO AN INCH ACROSS THE DEVILS LAKE BASIN INTO THE SOUTHERN VALLEY... 1 TO 4 INCHES ACROSS THE NORTHERN VALLEY INTO THE PARK RAPIDS AREA... AND 2 TO 5 INCHES ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA. THIS WILL BRING STORM TOTAL SNOW AMOUNTS WITH THIS SYSTEM FROM 4 TO 8 INCHES IN AREAS ACROSS SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA AND THE SOUTHERN RED RIVER VALLEY... TO 6 TO 12 INCHES ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA. THE AREA WITH THE BEST CHANCE FOR 12 INCHES WILL BE THE ROSEAU... FOSSTON... BEMIDJI... AND BAUDETTE REGION.

NORTHERLY WINDS WILL BE 20 TO 35 MPH ALONG AND WEST OF THE RED RIVER VALLEY... WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW EXPECTED. VISIBILITIES WILL LIKELY BE BELOW ONE HALF MILE IN OPEN AREAS... AND POSSIBLY LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. THE SYSTEM WILL SLOWLY WIND DOWN THURSDAY MORNING.

DANGEROUS WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES WILL ALSO DEVELOP BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH VALUES FROM 15 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ZERO.
