• Letter of application expressing a desire to be a candidate for the Red Lake superintendency, including an outline of the candidates qualifications and experience

• Proof of candidate's qualification to be a licensed superintendent in the state of Minnesota

• File containing current credential, official transcript and resume' with a minimum of three current letters of recommendation and names of three character references.

• Written statement describing a successful school reform/restructuring initiative lead by the candidate.
