Family of man killed by Nez Perce police sues

LEWISTON, Idaho — The family of a man who was killed by Nez Perce tribal police after leading authorities on a chase in a stolen pickup two years ago has filed a wrongful death lawsuit naming the officer who shot him and the former police chief.
