Anthony Wayne Hare, Jr.

Anthony Wayne Hare, Jr., 18, of Cass Lake died Monday, October 21, 2013 as a result of a car accident near Laporte, MN.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 pm, Friday, October 25, 2013 at the Facility Center in Cass Lake, MN. A wake will begin at 5:00pm, on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the Facility Center and continue until the time of service on Friday. Interment will be at the Old Agency Catholic Cemetery in Onigum, MN under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji.

Anthony was born November 8, 1994, in Bemidji, the son of Melody White and Anthony Hare Sr. He was raised and educated in Longville and Cass Lake. He attended the Remer-Longville School, Cass Lake High School, and was currently a student at the Cass Lake ALC. He worked as a Personal Care Attendant for his father. He enjoyed the outdoors; hunting, swimming, boating, and netting. He enjoyed playing video games and attending pow-wows. He loved dogs, and often brought mutts home. He was finally getting serious about life, and genuinely trying to make a change for the better. He was genuinely loving and respectful of everyone, always saying “I love you,” before saying goodbye. He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by: his Mother, Melody White of Longville, MN, Father, Anthony Hare Sr. of Cass Lake, Siblings, Victoria, Jessica, Donovan, Cordelia Rose, Olivia, Sage, And Shadow. Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Active Casketbearers will be: Dominic White, Ricky Hare, Aaron Hare, Darnell Cloud, Jaylen LaRose, Ralph White, with alternates: Scott White, and Brandon Beaulieu.

Honorary Casketbearers will be: Cordelia Rose White, Rickay Budreau, Raquel Staples, Donovan Hare, Tom Gordon, and Jessica White.
