Here is a short description of the workshop.
*9/26/13 at 10:00AM-4:00PM Customer Service - *The Customer Service
course covers the basics of customer service.
Participants will:
ü Learn how to build and maintain their customer base.
ü Be able to define “Superior Service”.
ü Learn Effective Communication Skills.
ü Learn how to manage their professional image.
ü Learn techniques in telephone usage/netiquette
ü Learn techniques on handling customer complaints.
ü Learn how to deal with difficult and diverse customers.
Participants will receive a CEU from BSU/NTCMN and a certificate of
