F&B MALT SHOP CASHIER
RATE OF PAY: According to pay scale
LOCATION: Seven Clans Casinos –Thief River Falls, MN
OPENS: September 05, 2013
CLOSES: September 19, 2013
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Under the direct supervision of the prevailing Malt Shop Supervisor, is responsible to ensure exemplary customer service is provided to guests of Seven Clans Casinos.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides friendly, quality customer service in a timely fashion to all guests.
Responsible to ensure timely service is provided to all guests. Acknowledges and responds to guests immediately.
Greets all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Reviews guest check and double checks for accuracy.
Operates cash register in accordance to approved policies and procedures.
Ensures all transactions are recorded properly.
Responsible to receive payments and ensure proper cash handling techniques are followed at all times.
Checks with guests to see if order is/was satisfactory or if any other items are requested. Promptly notifies supervisor of any complaints or problems.
Assists guests with routine questions, contacts appropriate staff member with any questions that cannot be answered.
Assists Servers and Bus Personnel as required.
May assists kitchen personnel in food preparation if needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
It is required a F&B Malt Shop Cashier have at least a High School Diploma or GED
