Klobuchar: 'Immediate action' needed on loans

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., said Tuesday that Congress must act soon to prevent the interest rate on subsidized Stafford loans from doubling July 1 to 6.8 percent.
