Here is a short description of the workshop.

6/13/13 at 10:00AM-3:00PM Customer Service - The Customer Service course covers the basics of customer service.

Participants will:

 Learn how to build and maintain their customer base.

 Be able to define “Superior Service”.

 Learn Effective Communication Skills.

 Learn how to manage their professional image.

 Learn techniques in telephone usage/netiquette

 Learn techniques on handling customer complaints.

 Learn how to deal with difficult and diverse customers.

Participants will receive a CEU from BSU/NTCMN and a certificate of completion. Thank You,
