Red Lake man charged for running woman off the road

MINNEAPOLIS — A Red Lake man was indicted Thursday for running a woman off a road with his vehicle in May of last year.

Tony Lee Lussier, 30, is accused of using his van to force a vehicle driven by a woman off a road on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Lussier has been charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon.

If convicted, Lussier will face a maximum sentence of ten years in prison.
