This week's workshop at Oshki will be Customer Service. It will take place from 10am-3pm on Thursday April 25th.

This will be a good opportunity to give your employees some training in how to deal with difficult customers, good workplace habits and etiquette.

Customer Service

The Customer Service course covers the basics of customer service.

Participants will:

 Learn how to build and maintain their customer base.

 Be able to define “Superior Service”.

 Learn Effective Communication Skills.

 Learn how to manage their professional image.

 Learn techniques in telephone usage/netiquette

 Learn techniques on handling customer complaints.

 Learn how to deal with difficult and diverse customers.

Participants will receive a CEU from BSU/NTCMN and a certificate of completion.
