Pre Registration Procedures:

The regular individual coach pre registration fee will be $40 or the same school coaching staff rate of $30 per coach up to April 18; add $10 to these rates for late and on site registration.

On court demonstration with players, lunch on site, a Subway card for after the clinic, a free download of the 2012 State Champion Playbook and choice of a CDNB DVD from this listing:
