F&B RESTAURANT BUS PERSON

LOCATION: Seven Clans Casinos –Thief River Falls
OPENS: March 19, 2013
CLOSES: April 02, 2013
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Under the direct supervision of the prevailing Restaurant Supervisor, is responsible to ensure exemplary customer service is provided to guests of Seven Clans Casinos.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides friendly, quality customer service in a timely fashion to all guests.
Removes plates, utensils, and other used items from table when guests have completed eating. Acknowledges and responds to guests immediately.
Greets all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Cleans condiments and holders.
Wipes tables & seating areas with sanitizing spray.
Assists in cleaning floor areas to remove debris and pick up items.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitization for restaurant areas. Promptly notifies supervisor of any complaints or problems.
Checks chairs and surrounding floor space for any spilled foods or refuse. Cleans areas as needed.
Assist guests with routine questions, contacts appropriate staff member with any questions that cannot be answered.
Places dirty dishes, utensils and uneaten food in proper containers for disposal or cleaning.
Keeps bus station stocked with silverware, napkins, cups, ashtrays, clean towels and other supplies as needed.
May assists with serving customers by assisting other associates, within the department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
It is required a Food & Beverage employee have at least a High School Diploma/GED.
