January 29, the Ak-Chin Indian Community completed a multi-million dollar investment in with a Phoenix-based manufacturer of steel framing building products, creating inroads for the tribe and Quail Run Building Materials, Inc. to move forward with plans to construct a manufacturing facility in the Santa Cruz Commerce Center, which is located on the Community’s reservation, near Maricopa, Arizona.
