Construction Suspended for Season on CSAH 39

The ongoing construction that is taking place on Co Rd 39 (Scenic Highway) has subsided for the season and will resume in the spring. The detour is no longer in place and the highway is open to the public. However, the construction is not complete and there are areas where there is only a gravel surface.

The Beltrami County Highway Department would ask that drivers traveling in that area take extra time and precautions to watch for advisory signs that have been placed to warn motorists.
