WHO: Representatives of the Federal Reserve Bank and key housing counseling agencies plus homeowners who have been approved for relief.

WHY: The US government announced the Independent Foreclosure Review program in 2011 but very few people know it exists. Of the millions of Americans caught up in the foreclosure process, less than 150,000 have applied. There's a huge information gap -- and people may be suspicious unless they hear about the program from a trusted messenger.
