MN History Center Opens from 6-9 a.m. with Free Food, Gifts, Memberships and Admission to Opening of Largest Minnesota History Exhibit Ever!

This Black Friday the Minnesota History Center opens at 6 a.m. with deals and doorbusters that would make Paul Bunyan proud. Early birds will be wowed with free gifts, donuts and coffee, memberships and more--plus free admission from 6-9 a.m. to the opening of "Then Now Wow," the largest Minnesota history exhibit ever. TV Morning Shows:

Enhance your Black Friday coverage with a live internet feed of the early morning History Center action. The feed will be available on Friday, Nov. 23 from 5:50 a.m. to 6:20 a.m. at http://www.minnesotahistorycenter.org/then-now-wow-live-feed . There will be video/audio of early bird visitors waiting to get in, doors opening at 6 a.m., visitors receiving their deals and doorbusters, live music from the Petticoat Rustlers and Paul Bunyan interacting with the crowd.

“Then Now Wow” is 14,000 square feet of Minnesota history that kids of all ages can touch, climb on, experience. Visitors will step inside a prairie sod house; board a Twin Cities streetcar; don a headlamp to venture underground in an Iron Range mine; hitch a ride on a boxcar; sit in a modern tipi; and encounter artifacts and images unique to Minnesota’s diverse people and historic events.
