Primary Function:

To provide recruitment, screening, monitoring and case management services for of all Red Lake Foster Homes on the Reservation. Family & Children Services is a culturally based program providing the full spectrum of child welfare services to the Red Lake Reservation and its members.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

• Foster Home case management services

• Data collection

• Submit monthly reports/case notes

• Attend all Meetings/Staffings

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Social Work or related study, a minimum of four years related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding clients and staff of F&CS

• Knowledge of the criteria required for the development and licensing of foster homes

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively

• Must be flexible in varied working situations

• Must have a valid Minnesota Drivers License, auto insurance and a car
