Justin Alan Kelly

Justin Alan Kelly, 31, of Littlefork, Minn., died Tuesday morning, Sept. 25, 2012, in International Falls, Minn.

Justin was born Jan. 15, 1981 in Bemidji, Minn. He grew up in Littlefork, and graduated from Littlefork High School in the Class of 2000.

He was well known for his artistic talent, and was a tattoo artist.

He loved the outdoors, fishing, walking, and enjoying nature. He was always looking for something — arrowheads, rocks, and feathers. He loved his native culture.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Clark.

Justin is survived by his mother, Kathy Wegner and stepfather, Ron Wegner; brothers, Jason Kelly, Curtis Kelly (Catie Donahue), Roddie Wegner and Travis Wegner; sisters, Kerry Kelly (Steve Cassibo), Stephene Kelly (Corey Sorensen) and Kristin Clark (Riki Branchaud); grandmother, Sharron Westerberg; special friend, Samantha Trafton and son Marshall, and unborn daughter, Alehya Ione; nieces and nephews, Kayleigh, Karleigh, Jacob, Dylan, Chance and Riley; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be Thursday evening, Sept. 27, at the Red Lake Community Center, Red Lake, Minn.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at Redby Community Church, Redby, Minn.
