Summary:

Observes Red Lake Gaming Operations to ensure all Regulations and Procedures are being implemented at the Gaming Facilities for compliance as required by the National Indian Gaming Commission MICS, Tribal State Compact, Red Lake Gaming Ordinance, Red Lake Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and Title 31 Regulations.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

• Responsible to ensure compliance with the Nation Indian Gaming Commission, Tribal/State Compact, Red Lake Gaming Ordinance, Red Lake Gaming Commission Rules & Regulations and Title 31 Regulations.

• Physically maintain a presence on the casino floor to observe activities and compliance with applicable controls, laws and regulations.

• Advises on gaming violations, criminal activity or persons associated with criminal activity.

• Observes and reports on matters, as directed concerning gaming and maintaining casino integrity.

• Attend training sessions as needed.

• Ensures that the strictest of confidentiality is maintained at all times

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate is required.

• Must be detail orientated.

• Must maintain accurate records.

• Must be energetic, organized, and reliable.

• Must be available to work any shift assigned. .

• Cannot gamble at any Red Lake Gaming facility.

• Knowledgeable in the principals and practices of the Data Privacy Act.

• Must be computer knowledgeable using various software.

• Must have a Valid Driver’s License & Insurance.

• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
