Red Lake Skatepark Grand Opening Postponed

Chairman Floyd Jourdain has announced the postponement of the Red Lake Skatepark Grand Opening originally scheduled for Wednesday, August 29th, 2012, due to the unexpected death of Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux chairmane Stanley Crooks . The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux community had played a major role in the development of the skatepark by providing funds though their grant program.

The Grand Opening will be rescheduled for Friday, September 14th, 2012 at 3:30 p.m.
