Kaishauna Sky Thunder

Kaishauna Sky Thunder, Makadewaanakwad “Black Cloud Woman”, age 17, of Redby, MN journeyed to the Spirit World on Sunday, August 19, 2012.

She was born on July 20, 1995 in Bemidji, MN the daughter of Gordon Lussier and Jeanne Thunder.

Kaishauna liked to cook and play volleyball and kickball. She also enjoyed reading, playing with her younger brothers and sisters, Facebook and going to Pow-Wows.

She is survived by her parents Gordon Lussier, Jeanne Thunder and her step-father William Stately Sr .; brothers: William Stately Jr., Daniel Stately, and William Stately-Robinson; sisters: McKayla Thunder, Samara Stately, Mariah Thompson, Sheighla Lunderman, Kalyssa White, Kalylah Lussier, Kylee Lussier, Skyla Stately and Samantha Stately; aunts and uncles: Rachelle Lussier, Kristy Lussier, John Lussier, Joshua Lussier, Randy Lussier, Justin Spears and Johnathan Bruce; great-aunts and great-uncles: Ramona Smith, Adrian Lussier, Kevin Anoka, Lavonne Anoka, and Arlund Anoka; great-grandmother: Deloras Wakefield, many other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her grandparents John Lussier and LaVerle Wakefield and uncles Cheyenne Lussier and Nathan Boswell Sr.

Funeral services for Kaishauna Thunder will be held on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the Redby Community Center. Michael Dahl will officiate. Interment at the Thunder Family Cemetery.

All night wakes will be held on Wednesday, August 22 and Thursday, August 23, 2012 beginning at 7:00 PM.

Honorary Casket Bearers will be Robyne Cook, Krystal Cobenais, Jazzalee Thunder, Hailee Cobenais, Kayla FourStar, Megan Thompson, Rochelle Lussier, Kristy Lussier, Kara Cook, Maria Hanson, Dalene Fajardo and Tyrell Atkinson.

Casket Bearers will be Trevin Atkinson, John Lussier, Keith Ehrich, Randy Atkinson, Matthew Beaulieu Sr., Randy Lussier, Golden Stately, Rain Stately, Josh Lussier, Corey Stately, Floyd Iceman, Travis Owens and alternate: Arlen Ehrich Sr.
