“Saved by the Belt Award” Presented

Beltrami County Sheriff Phil Hodapp, along with the Safe Neighborhoods Coalition, presented Heidi Lee and her sons with a “Saved by the Belt Award” certificate Wednesday. She was involved in a head-on crash on New Bass Road last year and survived by having everyone properly restrained.
