Slaughter is an American heavy metal band formed in Las Vegas, Nevada by lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Mark Slaughter and bassist Dana Strum. Stephen Pearcy is a singer and songwriter of the popular rock band RATT, Stephen led his band to critical praise and multi-platinum success. Atlantic Records recognized Ratt's potential and signed the band to a contract resulting in the 1984 album "Out of the Cellar", which became a top ten multi- platinum success.
