Race serves as: Native American 5K National Championship ▪ Community 5K Run & N.M. USATF 5K Road State Championship.

This race is certified & sanctioned by USAT&F of New Mexico.

Competitive Races

5 K Runs (All Divisions) 8:30 a.m.

1K Kids race (Under 12) 9:30 a.m.

Non-Competitive Races

1 & 2 Mile Fitness Walks 8:00 a.m.

300 Meter Toddler Dash 9:45 a.m.

5K RACE DIVISIONS

The Native American 5K National Championship is open to all American Indian /Alaska Natives and First Nations people of Canada.

The NM 5K Road State Championship is open to all New Mexico USATF registered participants.

The Community 5k Run is open to all with no restrictions.

The 5k course is a two-loop paved flat course designed for extremely fast altitude times. All divisions of the 5K run are eligible for state age group records.

There will be a traditional Pueblo style throw after the awards presentation.

100% of race proceeds support Sports Warriors Track Club Mission and Goals.

All former runners who competed for SIPI in Cross Country, Track and Marathon are encouraged to attend a reunion and homecoming.
