Road restrictions will be lifted on April 12

FROM THE BELTRAMI COUNTY HWY DEPARTMENT - SPRING ROAD RESTRICTIONS

The ending date of spring load restrictions in the North-Central and North Frost Zone will be Thursday April 12, 2012, at 12:01 am. All of Beltrami County is within these frost zones.

For Beltrami County Roads restrictions on all bituminous routes will be lifted effective 12:01 am Thursday April 12, 2012. However 5 tons per axle restrictions will remain in place on all gravel surface routes within Beltrami County until further notice, due to soft roadbed conditions. Posted load limit signs will govern all routes.
