Tribe claims Whiteclay has created public nuisance

The Oglala Sioux Tribe claims four beer stores in a small Nebraska town that collectively sell nearly 5 million cans of beer a year have created a public nuisance on its South Dakota reservation. The claim also extends to the stores' beer suppliers.
