INTRODUCTION

This position is located at the Red Lake Hospital in the Bemidji Area. The purpose of the position is to work alone or as a member of a crew to perform the full range of custodial duties in assigned areas within the hospital, following general instructions on the work to be completed.

MAJOR DUTIES

· Cleans and maintains linoleum, wood, marble, and various kinds of floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces using various preparations and heavy industrial power equipment.

· Removes stains from a variety of surfaces, using chemicals and cleaning solutions.

· Works on ladders to change light bulbs, replace Venetian blinds, wash walls, etc.

· Keeps restrooms in clean orderly and sanitary conditions, disinfects and deodorizes lavatories, urinals, and toilet bowls. Cleans water fountains, polishes door-knobs, etc.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT:

First notification: Once the online questionnaire and resume are received, you will receive an acknowledgement email that your submission was successfully received. Receipt of this email does not confirm receipt of any other required document(s).
