The Red Lake YouthBuild/AmeriCorps Program now accepting applications for spring 2012

The Deadline for applications is March 15, 2012. They will not accept applications after this date.

In YouthBuild/AmeriCorps programs, low-income young people ages 16-24 work toward their GEDs or high school diplomas, learn job skills and serve their communities by building affordable housing, and transform their own lives and roles in society. The classroom and offices are in Redby at New Beginnings.

Applications need to be filled out completely & the proper documents attached to be considered for hire. No one will be invited to orientation without a complete application.

Here is a list of the documents required:

• Fill out application completely.

• Parent Signature if under the age of 18

• 2 letters of recommendation (can be from parents, friends, teachers, etc…)

• Letter of income verification for past 2 months (Parents income if you are under 18)

• Picture ID (Tribal ID, State ID, Drivers License)

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card
