6th Annual Warrior Challenge All Indian Basketball Tourney to be Held at Red Lake

Red Lake will host the 6th Annual Warrior Challenge at two venues, the Red Lake Humanities Center and Red Lake High School. The tournament begins Friday February 17th 2012 at 6 PM at the Humanities Center, and continues Saturday beginning at 10 AM at both venues. Games are likely to be played up to 9 PM. On Sunday February 19th, the games start at 10 AM, with the championship game expected to begin at 5 PM.

Last year 22 teams participated playing a total of 42 games. The process is double elimination, or two losses and a team is out. Teams from several states and Canada will be participating.

The 6th Annual Warrior Challenge is sponsored by the Red Lake Band of Chippewa Indians and Seven Clans Casinos.
