Altercation a possible factor in Fort Hall man's death

Results from the autopsy indicate that Mr. Stacey sustained injuries consistent with being in an altercation. He suffered injuries to his brain that ultimately led to his death. Currently, there are two tribal juveniles of interest in this case. Whereas, they may both be charged in Tribal and Federal court at the conclusion of the investigation. In accordance to the Juvenile Code (chapter 19) of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Law & Order Code, those names cannot be disclosed until further notice. Juvenile is defined as any male or female under the age of 18 years of age.
