We R Native. Who are You?

Send us a photograph, video, paragraph, drawing, song, or text message that expresses who you are. Tell us about your life, your tribe, your family, your community, your values, your interests and hobbies, or whatever else defines you!

Winning entries will receive:

 $75 (1st place)  $50 (2nd place)  $25 (3rd place)

 And will be showcased on We R Native’s website – coming in early 2012!

This contest is open to American Indian and Alaska Native youth 13-21 years old.

Send contest entries to: native@npaihb.org by December 18, 2011.

Winners will be announced by January 15th.

Please include:

 Your name, Age, and Tribal affiliation

 Email address and phone number (will not be shared)

 An original photograph, video, paragraph, drawing, song, or text message that represents or defines you. Video submissions should be no more than 3 minutes long. Please post it to YouTube and then send us the link.

 If other people are shown in your submission (photo, video, etc), please make sure you have their permission to share their image for this purpose.

We R Native is a comprehensive health resource for Native teens and young adults, providing content and stories - for Native youth, by Native youth - about the topics that matter most to them. We strive to promote holistic health and positive growth in our local communities and nation at large.
