Ogema man and woman found dead from overdose

OGEMA, Minn. – Police found a 41-year-old man and 25-year-old woman dead from what they believe was an overdose of prescription drugs.

According to a press release from the Becker County Sheriff’s Office, emergency personnel were called to an Ogema home around 1 a.m. Sunday.

Emergency personnel arrived to find the man and woman dead.

Their identities have not been released.

Foul play is not suspected, the press release said. The release titled the incident an “accidental overdose.”

Autopsies have been ordered for both victims. The deaths remain under investigation.
