White Earth Judicial Department sponsoring Pro Se Clinic

WHITE EARTH, MINN. – The White Earth Judicial Department is sponsoring a Pro Se Clinic Thursday, Oct. 20 from 1 to 4 p.m., and Friday, Oct. 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m at the White Earth RTC Tribal Council Building in White Earth.

The Clinic will provide basic information regarding divorce, motions to modify, custody law, and landlord tenant issues. A lawyer and staff will answer questions regarding preparing forms, assist with completing forms, and review completed packets for either State or Tribal Court. The clinic is free. The staff providing brief legal advice will not be representing parties in court.
