Many retailers offer shipping, so you can buy all you want and ship what you can’t carry. For a list of participating stores, go to http://www.shopsatmsp.com/page/1/Save.jsp. While you’re there, check out descriptions of all the retail shops and eateries MSP has to offer.

After browsing MSP’s savings selections, take a stroll past the exhibit Cold Recall: Reflections of a Polar Explorer, on loan from Norway’s Fram Museum, celebrating the 100th anniversary of Roald Amundsen’s journey to become the first explorer to reach the South Pole. The photo exhibit, located on Concourse C, is presented courtesy of the MSP Arts and Culture Program. The exhibit was secured through a partnership between the Honorary Royal Norwegian Consulate, Sons of Norway, a Norwegian-American fraternal life insurance organization dedicated to preserving Norwegian Heritage and Culture, the Bloomington Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Airport Foundation MSP. One last important note: next week is typically a busy travel period at MSP Airport, so be sure to arrive early – two hours prior to your flight is suggested. More if you plan to shop the sales!

(Note: All participating retailers are inside the secure area at Terminal 1-Lindbergh. Only travelers with a boarding pass are allowed to enter the secure area.)
