Gracias Christmas Cantata - October 8, 2011

Act I - Let the grand choir and orchestra take you on your Christmas Cantata journey with world-renowned Christmas masterpieces, which will surely move you and revive in you the joy of Christmas.

Act II - The village of Bethlehem from 2,000 years ago is brought to life as a musical to portray the miracle of the birth of Jesus Christ. Enjoy timehonored Christmas hymns and relive the theme for this year’s Cantata, “For Unto You, Is Born This Day a Savior.”

Act III Let the happiness, warmth, and excitement of Christmas overtake you. Through the music and performances, you will come to understand and discover the greatest source of happiness: God’s love.

Act IV The Gracias Choir celebrates God’s worthiness to be glorified and worshipped. Let God’s awesomeness and holiness fill your heart.

Gracias Choir was founded in 2000 and has since gained much renown and recognition all over the world, having performed at the Madison Square Garden, Sydney Opera House, and Seoul City Hall Plaza. They won the Grand Prize at the 2009 International Choral Competition, and and again the Grand Prize at the 2011 World International Choral Competition. They continue to sing to bring joy, hope, and faith to people’s hearts.
