George “Sarge” Whipple, Sr., 74, of Cass Lake died Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at his home.

Traditional Funeral Services will be Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at the Veteran’s Memorial Building in Cass Lake, MN with spiritual leader. A wake will begin Monday at the Veteran’s Memorial Building and will continue until the time of the services on Wednesday. Interment will be at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Cass Lake under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home of Cass Lake.
