APPLICATIONS FOR THE REDLAKE 2012 ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM HAVE BEEN MAILED

The Minnesota Department of Commerce has send out applications for the Red Lake Reservation 2012 Energy Assistance Program (EAP) for those that applied last heating season. If you have not received your application, call the Red Lake CAP @679-1880 and one will be mailed to you. Or you can pick up an application at our office. Also, some applications have been sent back to our office due to incorrect mailing address.

We need three month income verification from the date the application is signed, receipts of your last fuel (gas, propane) delivery, and your electrical bill. The EAP application must be filled out completed along with the request information, or it may be returned. We will not accept any faxed income verification. If EAP application is left at the office for more than thirty days without all the requested information, it will be denied. If you have any questions, you can call our office at 679-1880
