Official: Tso attended school, not graduated

FARMINGTON — Matthew Tso, president of the Central Consolidated School Board and a member of the San Juan College Board of Trustees, did not graduate from Dartmouth College.

Tso, 33, claimed he earned a Bachelor of Arts in government from the Ivy League college in 2003.
