No ‘hot pursuit’ for tribal police; High court reverses course

Less than a year after ruling that tribal police can pursue fleeing suspects off reservation lands, the state Supreme Court has reversed itself and ruled that tribal police can’t follow drunk drivers in “hot pursuit."
