Balancing Our Lifestyles wants to make working out fun for you. We try our best to meet the demands of your schedule and offer an assortment of classes. We have a variety of equipment to help you tone up your body and increase your heart rate. We try to integrate a variety of exercises and routines into your workout to keep working out interesting and fun!

Certified Personal Trainer – John Nicholson

Balancing Our Lifestyles, John Nicholson, RN, PHN, Lead Educator and NOW our very own Personal Trainer! John was certified as a personal trainer to help our participants and community members get fit and stay motivated. John is now able to provide you with your very own personalized workout plan. If you are interested in developing a plan specific to your needs and ability, give BOL a call and ask for John 679-4144.

Certified Group Exercise Instructor – Stephanie Morgan

Balancing Our Lifestyles, Stephanie Morgan, Program Coordinator is also certified in group exercises. Stephanie’s goal is to offer low to medium impact classes for women in the community. The key to success is keeping a variety of exercises available to the community. With all the new equipment at the fitness center, BOL hopes to get or keep people moving to prevent diabetes!
