Distance: 200 miles relay style/ All Runners welcome!

Day 1 10:00 a.m. 10:30 Opening ceremony and smudging of Staffs.

Chemical health program Red Lake

10:30 Depart to Leech Lake Veterans Memorial Grounds

5:00 p.m Arrive at Leech Lake for feast, and camping

Day 2

9:00 a.m Smudging, and morning blessing

9:30 Depart to Itasca State park Grand Rapids

3:00 p.m. Arrive at Grand Rapids for picnic, and Camping

Day 3

9:00 a.m. Smudge, and morning ceremony

9:30 Depart to Floodwood Minnesota

5:00 p.m. Arrive at floodwood, and return to Itasca Park

Day 4

1:30 p.m. Smudging, and ceremony

2:00 Depart to Mash ka wisen.

7:30 p.m. Arrive at Celebration/retire staffs
