School Community Liaison Positions (2 Positions)

Red Lake School District #38

Terms of Employment: Wages and benefits per MSEA Master Agreement 179 days per school year

Assignment: One (1) at the Red Lake High School/Middle School and one (1) at the Ponemah Elementary School

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required

 Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.

 Knowledge of District and school building policies, rules and regulations. Federal, State and Tribal law.

 Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a vehicle for transportation.

 Be community oriented, preferably with experience in youth programs or school

activities.

 Demonstrate ability to work well with the community at large, including parents,

students and staff.

 Exhibit a personality that demonstrates interpersonal skills to relate well with

students, staff, administrators, parents, and the community.

 Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing,

using proper grammar and vocabulary.

 Fulfill requirements for mandatory background check.
