* TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB INTO THE UPPER 80S ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND EACH AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WITH HUMID AIR ACROSS THE AREA...HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL REACH THE 95 TO 105 DEGREE RANGE DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

* COOLER WEATHER WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO WEDNESDAY EVENING AS A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE RED RIVER VALLEY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
