Babaamaajimowinan (Telling of news in different places)
(WICHITA, Kan.)—Wichita police are seeking the public's help in finding a missing teenager. Police tell us 14-year-old Katelyn P. Barrett went missing early this morning.
Police say Barrett left her home in the 3600 block of E. Dunham around midnight. She left a note saying that she was going for a walk. She was texting a relative during her walk, but at 1:30 a.m., the texting stopped.

Barrett is of American Indian descent and has brown hair and eyes, she is 5'7" tall and weighs around 120 lbs. She was last seen wearing brown shorts, flip flops and a yellow t-shirt with the word "El Dorado" on the front.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police as soon as possible.
