Beltrami County License Center remains open during state shutdown

The Beltrami County License Center remains open and able to complete most transactions during the state government shutdown.

This includes driver’s license renewals, title transfers, and license tab renewals.

In addition, all vital statistics services normally offered will be available including birth and death certificates, marriage licenses and certificates, and passports.

The License Center is unable to issue boat, snowmobile, ATV licenses and transfers, or expedited motor vehicle titles.
