Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe secretary-treasurer seat goes to Donald "Mick" Finn by narrow margin

Tuesday’s special election for the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe’s vacant secretary-treasurer seat was secured by Donald “Mick” Finn by a six-vote margin of 1104 to 1098. Finn beat Donald “Donnie” Headbird.
The certified election results register 50.14 percent for Finn and 48.96 for Headbird.
