Choctaw chief race goes to runoff election

PHILADELPHIA, Miss. -- Who will be the chief, or miko, of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, will be determined by a runoff election July 11. The winner will help decide whether the tribe should pursue additional casino projects.
