Legislators, Commissioner Wright to Hold Higher Education Roundtable Discussion at BSU

(ST. PAUL) — State Representatives Terry Morrow (DFL – St. Peter) and John Persell (DFL – Bemidji), State Senator Sandra Pappas (DFL – St. Paul) and Higher Education Commissioner Sheila Wright will hold a roundtable meeting at Bemidji State University to discuss the effects of the Republican budget on higher education.

WHO: State Representatives Terry Morrow, State Senator Sandra Pappas, Higher Education Commissioner Sheila Wright, Dr. Troy Gilbertson, Professor at Bemidji State, and Paul Nelson from Northwest Technical College.

WHAT: Roundtable discussion on the effects of the Republican budget on higher education. Legislators and Commissioner Wright will be available for media comment after the meeting.
